5. Sub-genre: Tragedy
The other sub-genre is Tragedy. The actual reason for Tragedy won't be shown within the first two minutes of the film, but it will be how it ends.
The story of Macbeth is similar to how it will end, with a Tragedy of the main character dying. Using Tragedy for a sub-genre is to include the fact that suicide and depression are serious topics that will be used within the film. The character is constantly suffering through the film and all they wanted to do was bring light to their world. The character could have affected others in the movie, like students that bullied them noticing the main character has left and they realize their actions, that is to tie the heroic aspect of a Tragedy into the film.
